When I’m trying to find a good...
When I’m trying to find a good hostel/hotel/apartment, I saw their post in booking.com so I gave it a shot since it’s just 1.2km away from Fuente Osmeña Circle. But then, when we arrived at the place, it doesn’t look good like what it was on the picture. The facilities are horrible, too! I won’t recommend this to any of my friends or the folks out there! Please do clean your comfort room, it smells like someone peed on the floor. Gross!

Needs Improvement
Location - very accessible. TV is excellent. AC is good.
Room is kinda old. Bath room is disappointing - shower is really complicated to use, it looks like a hospital bath room. Beds are not comfortable. Drinking water has a charge of P5 per refill. Necessary toiletries are not provided. WiFi is only limited to the Lobby area.

Bowl water tank not working for flushing after use...Smelly room makes uncomfortable...No table chair in the room. . No kellte for hot water.. No glass or cup provided... Old towel provided smells bad, we use our own.Elevator not working
